I know this might be a tough ask 
but I am not overly keen on Ubuntu snaps and guess it is not the best idea to disable that from Ubuntu Budgie. I could be wrong.
But I love the implementation of the budgie desktop in Ubuntu Budgie so wonder if that easy to copy to Endeavor OS Budgie?
Topbar, dock, and theme
The primary thing to remember is that endeavour and arch are rolling releases. So when budgie wayland is released you will lose the x11 based desktop. The key part of UB is plank. This will disappear under wayland since it is X11 only.
Budgie extras are the bunch of applets we maintain. These are not really well maintained under arch. So you will get a broken experience.
Other than that pocillo gtk theme and icon themes are available under our github organisation.
Elementary OS made a new dock from scratch that works on wayland I think.
Might just try and see hoe much I can replicate on to Endeavor because i don’t like the snap store in Ubuntu.
solus should adopt UB desktop theme budgie looks much better on UB
sudo apt install gnome-software
BTW the elementary dock only works with elementary’s pantheon.
