Enable touchpad while typing - 19.10

So in the Gnome settings for 19.10, there’s no option under the touchpad settings to re-enable the touchpad while typing. Is there a way to do this via the terminal?

Install Tweaks from software center.

That package really needs to be installed as a default.

It isnt because Budgie Desktop Settings provides most of the core functionality. Indeed, I always install Tweaks anyways. I use it for easily making windows movable with alt + left click and resizable with alt + right click. It’s easier than changing a bunch of gsettings, for sure.
