Missing touchpad setting

After the upgrade to 22.04 I had problems with the touchpad, I could see the settings but the touchpad was not responding. After a few commands to the terminal found on the web, the situation has reversed,…now the touchpad works but I no longer see the setting, and this bothers me, also because vertical scrolling is not natural as the one I set for the mouse. How can I restore the settings menu? Thanks

Would be useful to know what information you used.
