Touchpad not working after update

After updating my laptop recently my touchpad stop working after reboot. I having Acer aspire 5 laptop with ubuntu budgie 20.04.
Any help is appreciated.

did you check mouse & touchpad settings ?
if the touchpad is enabled or not ?

If you have just updated - then double check if this is a kernel regression - when booting press Shift to display Grub - choose advanced options and choose the earliest kernel there to boot with.
