I upgraded from 23.04 to 23.10 and now sometimes the computer fails to start. After several reboots the computer starts normally. How can I solve this problem?

Just wanted to chime in that my solution solved my issue and I have not seen this screen again since. Since you mentioned having to reboot several times it sounds very similar to my issue
