How do I remove panels?

I’ve just installed Budgie & in haste, created new panels. I cannot see how to remove them? Help?

Open budgie desktop settings from applications, go to panels and click on the panel you wish to remove, then click remove this panel in top left.

I’ve been looking. I’ve gone into settings, but there’s nothing there about panel. I just downloaded this a couple of days ago- it ought to be current?
