How to script adding ‘Show Desktop Button’ applet to budgie-panel?

I’m looking for a script to do it at install time.

Needs X server running.

I want to just deploy config in docker without actually starting GUI.

Is there a way?

The above is only needed to reset the current user.
If you drop in the updated panel.ini before the user is created then on creation it will use the revised config.
