In which UEFI laptops and tablets Ubuntu-Budgie can be installed in dual boot?

In which UEFI laptops and tablets Ubuntu-Budgie can be installed in dual boot mode? Looking to buy a new laptop, if I can (afford), especially a touchscreen one, 14" or 15".

Could you please let me know the types of laptops you use? Thank you!

First, forget about dual-booting Ubuntu-Budgie & Windows on a tablet. That’s just a non-starter
Secondly, look for a laptop with Linux pre-installed that has at least 8 Gigs of ram memory. This allows one to have the option to run a second OS (other Linux distros or Windows10) via Virtual Box or VMWare. This allows a guest OS (Windows) to be run on a host OS (Ubuntu-Budgies).

This is a simpler and often preferable way to run two (or many) OS’s on the same machine. Must have a copy of the official Windows install DVD including valid license.

Search Youtube for many tutorials on how to do this. It is involved, but many millions of users do this at companies across the globe.

If you don’t care to use a VM as described above, then get a laptop that is Linux friendly (which are ALL Intel based machines . . . Intel cpu’s, Intel Wireless and Intel Integrated Graphics.

Here’s a great laptop to do a dual-boot on:
