Do you mean moving windows from one workspace to another?
Various keyboard shortcuts available in Menu - Keyboard - you can also define your own keyboard shortcuts to move windows to specific workspaces.

This shorcut does not moves my windows one workspace “down” or “up”

Yes. 1 to 4 on that screen. 5 to 9 via dconf
