To modernize the looks of our weather applet, Nikola and I have been working on a new set of icons, representing the various weather types. The first set came with the initial version of WeatherShow in 2017, and was due for an update.
For inspiration, we looked at existing icon sets. Proportions and level of detail turned out to be quite critical however, since the icons need to look well on different levels of scaling; on the panel, in the forecast-popup and on the desktop.
So… We decided to get our hands dirty and produce a new set from scratch.
