Okay, but it’s not just snaps.
Personally, I use the terminal: at least you know what’s going on and what might be wrong. That’s what I like about Linux.
Open the terminal (Ctrl Alt t) and copy and paste this line. It’s just an update followed by a little cleanup of unnecessary files:
sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade && sudo apt autoremove && sudo apt autoclean
