not really a native applet. But it looks like and works. I was looking for something like quick access from windows or mac os to manage a list of files and folder I want to access easily. But I didn’t find anything. So I started a spare time project. You can find it on Github: myfavorites. It’s a java app, but there is also a ready to use version.
