Rename Budgie Desktop Settings Window

I would like to find out how I can rename the “Budgie Desktop Settings” window which is named 'Budgie Settings" I am running Ubuntu Budgie 18.04 LTS.

The name of a window is normally set in the application’s window properties. In the past, one could rename a window with xdotool , which could be used in an edited command to call the window. I tried this on the current situation. Although the window is renamed under the hood, as we can see in the output from wmctrl -l, the visible name does not change. Probably something to do with refreshing.
The bottom line is that I don’t see any option to rename the window, other than edit its code.

Thanks very much for feedback. True, the visible name stays the same. I’ll look around and see which section of code to break. Thanks.
