Here it says that pinned icons will alwasy be shown when we switch workspaces. My question is how can we restrict pinned icons/ apps to workspaces?

As far as I can gather - the answers are still relevant - its a design issue and works as currently implemented.
Any plans to implement this feature?
We aren’t the maintainers of plank - I haven’t seen any published plans in this area.
