N.B. Qogir Budgie is upstream Qogir without the unnecessary Cinnamon/Metacity and Gnome Shell components.
We need people to regularly test this theme with your favourite apps. We will be making regular drops as and when upstream (https://github.com/vinceliuice/Qogir-theme) makes a release. Updates are in our eoan-test PPA
