Good news - all of the GNOME 40 stack has now migrated to the Release pocket. This includes budgie-desktop 10.5.3. Todays daily ISO will contain all of this.

Latest stable version with Gtk 4 and GNOME 40 support is now available in impish-proposed

are you using kms or fkms for the display driver?

I use kms. Tweak-Tool Budgie ARM Pi Setting 512MB (Display) but default 128MB the same Problem.
