USB Bootable installation issue

Hi Folks

So my noob ass is trying to install Ubuntu budgie on an old laptop. It’s the latest image.

The USB bootable I made out of Rufus loads up just fine. But for some reason it tries to connect out to the internet and fails in a couple of minutes. Attached screenshot.

ANy idea what might be happening?

Update: Above happens when i say yes.

Hey folks I fixed it. I disabled USB 3.0 support through the BIOS settings because this laptop is a bit old and now it loads up the installer just fine. Sorry for the trouble.
