After a standard install, Budgie boots successfully, and the login screen appears normally - however, after logging in, the colour scheme of the desktop is corrupted and it is not possible to read text or interact with the desktop. The desktop appears very bright red and yellow, with yellow text.
My hardware is an nVidia 3080Ti on an Asrock Steel Legend x570 motherboard.
Switching to console and manually installing the closed source nVidia drivers resolved this issue.
