Blinding yellow screen after try or install

Hello,

If I install ubuntu budgie and log in, or try from live bootable usb, the screen turns insanely bright yellow and I cannot see anything even on the lowest monitor brightness settings.

I have absolutely no idea what to do, as I cannot even navigate to any settings.

any ideas?

Your issue sounds like this Pulling my hair out trying to get rid of PINK background and buttons - FIXED - #5 by driver8

Basically your monitor isnt liked by gnome.

You need to delete the monitor profile but i dont know how to do that if you cannot see beyond the all yellow monitor profile
