Screen not working | Fresh install of Budgie 22.04

Hi. The screen is too dark and you cannot see it properly, it works fine on lightdm until it hits the desktop, then its too dark to work

and then lightdm is normal
so yea
also its all intel none of its amd so do what you will with that

Cannot get to the Budgie Control Center to fix anything as when i connect the hdmi port it does the same (but worse) on the tv!
