Budgie 18.04.2 / 18.04.3 Ethernet Issues

I’m having issues with the wired connection since I reinstalled Budgie. The wired connection was working fine during the installation, and it was used for software updates during the installation. But after rebooting, the wired connection remains disconnected. The icon shows that it is attempting to connect, but couldn’t.

Here’s what I see when I ran lshw -C network

May I know what I can do to resolve this? Thank you.

Does booting with an earlier kernel via grub - advanced work?

I think it works now. I installed Ukuu and upgraded my kernel to the latest, and now it works like a charm.
