I don’t know how to fix it. The date shows correctly when I start, then I don’t when it will become like that, so wired.

What version of ubuntu budgie are you using?
Are you using any screen scaling options e.g. 200% display scaling?
Are you using any font scaling options?
Please can you test our daily ppa to check if your issue is resolved
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntubudgie-dev/budgie-extras-daily
sudo apt-get update
Logout and login
When you have finished testing remove the ppa:
sudo ppa-purge ppa:ubuntubudgie-dev/budgie-extras-daily
