How does one disable dialogues being attatched to parent window? like when I open help>about in vlc, the dialog can’t be moved without moving the parent window?
I am on Ubuntu Budgie 18.04 LTS?
In Budgie Desktop Settings, under Windows, you can disable the option “Attach modal dialogs to windows.” This is on 19.10 and 20.04, so I don’t know if the same option is on 18.04.
