Eject AND poweroff an external USB drive

There are plenty of ways to EJECT an external mounted partition, but powering off the device is another matter… the noise my seagate expansion drive makes when unplugging has me very worried. I discovered you can use udisksctl to both unmount and poweroff devices as separate commands, and I am using DropBy to Eject the partition… but is there an Applet (or a method to add a script to an applet menu) that will allow me to do both easily from the desktop (without launching gnome-disk-utility (disks) ???

Never mind, I found the answer…

and it was in the first place I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED…

Right-click on HDD icon on the Desktop → Safely Remove Disk

sigh…
