How to auto start telegram and thunderbird

hello i would like to auto start telegram and thunderbird at system startup and reduced to an icon. How can i do it?

You can also go to Budgie Desktop Settings, click on Autostart on the left, click the ‘+’ symbol in the upper right and select ‘Add application’, select Telegram in the list and click the Add button.
