I would like to make a costumization back up in case GUI crashes and I need to restore my layout, applets and customization to Budgie Desktop.
How can I do it?
Basic layout backup is fairly easy with a couple of dconf commands. Some time back I did create a script for that, let me see if I can dig it out of github and link it here.

Thanks! Will look into that some time. Have written some easy python scripts 5 years ago. Not really a programmer.
