I was curious if anyone has really seen if the Intel Arc A380 works well with Linux. I’m considering possibly getting one since they are in stock on Newegg either the A380 or an AMD RX6600 or 6600XT. I know that AMD graphics work well with Linux already.
Thus kernel v6.0 which will be in 23.04 avail in april 2023
Do you know if the Linux 6.0 kernel will be made official any time soon? I know it is in release candidate right now. I am currently running on my system the 5.19 kernel. Or would you recommend not updating the kernel to 6.0 before the 23.04 release?
Intel themselves now support arc graphics on 22.04
