not a big deal as login screen works as expected.
There is no blinking cursor in the input box.

hmm… if you change the GTK theme what happens?
If it works with another theme then a tweak is needed on Pocillo - what though is another matter - not sure on that.
Indeed, it’s ok with Adapta gtk-theme.
Well mouse-cursor theme seems also specific to lightdm : it’s always breeze cursor-theme in lightdm and something else once in session ( then accordingly to budgie-desktop-settings )
