Missing Camera Premission !?

i have an issue with my webcam
it tells me that I don’t have permission for my camera

and i can’t find the setting.
Some programs open the Budgie control Center on the info page for some reason.
Searching the Budgie control Center for any types of Camera settings was without any success.

Via lsusb i can see that it finds the camera
Bus 003 Device 008: ID 328f:006d EMEET HD Webcam eMeet C960

i tried looking it up if there is maybe a config file that i just can edit, but i could not find anything about it !?
i run Budgie Version 10.9.3.
If anyone has an idea i would appreciate the help ^^”

I am guessing it’s probably under the privacy section of budgie control center. If this is a flatpak then different flatpak permission rules apply.

Both is a no.
I check on the Flatpak permissions just to be sure, but it has no effect on any of the programs.
Under privacy sadly there is no camera option
However, discord for some reason was able to use the camera.
After closing discord completely it works again XD

i dono why discord is doing that i played around with it for a bit but:
if discord = no camera
