Raven not showing up within Budgie Desktop Settings

I recently installed Ubuntu Budgie 18.04 on a Lenovo X250. I just realised I don’t have Raven settings showing up within Budgie Desktop Settings. I am not sure how to bring it back and I’ve tried searching without any luck.

As you can see here it doesn’t show up. However on a Lenovo X240 I had installed a few weeks ago it shows up with no problems.

Any suggestions or tips will be great.

You will need to enable backports via budgie-welcome - recommendations

Backports is where newer versions of budgie desktop that we maintain as well as themes, applets and other stuff that are not in the main repositories.
