These sure are gonna make some perfect desktop backgrounds :stuck_out_tongue: They’re all for fun (and the 20.04 wallpaper contest!!!)
These are the best renders I could get… but then I’m not the best at GIMP :stuck_out_tongue:

They’re all 2845x1600. Not 4K, but can be upscaled to 4K if needed; still bigger then the default UB wallpaper as of 19.10.
EDIT: I’ve made them again in 4K, see below post. Not the exact same, I removed the ones I didn’t like and tweaked them to look better…

Hey everyone, so got the newest member of the family!

NOTE: This, and the Saturn rings one, are GIMP renders using the colorscheme provided with the fractal, with only minor contrast/brightness/exposure edits.

Nope, but I can tell you how.
Inside GIMP, you can go to Filters>Render. Check out the different "flare"s you can make. :stuck_out_tongue:
