I upgraded an ubuntu budgie virtual machine from 20.04 LTS to 22.04 LTS and notice that plank is no longer visible except if I move the dock from the left to the right.
I notice that it is perfectly fine when doing a fresh install.
Is this a known issue?
no its not a known issue.
Maybe a workaround would be to reset the plank configuration back to the defaults.
rm -rf ~/.config/plank
