USB bluetooth adaptor fail to connect again after sleep

it’s a generic one, no USB driver needed to function.
Every I went into sleep mode and woke up the computer, this bluetooth adapter simply disappeared.
I have to unplug and plug it in again after wake up from sleep in order for budgie to recognize it again.

I checked the bluetooth always on box in power management setting.

Please help, thank you.

what version of UB are you running?

What kernel are you running? uname -a

If you have tlp installed - does uninstalling it, rebooting and then suspending/resuming work?

yes, have tlp installed, I will try to uninstall it and try again
