Weathershow applet xenial

Hi all,

Being in need to install a Xenial64, I’ve installed on it Budgie desktop from ppa and I wanted to add also weathersow applet; Ive in my sources.list also budgie backports repo but it seems that weathersow applet is missing from xenial branch (I’ve taken a look to packages file) and apt confirms: unable to locate package.

Now the question: is there a way to install weathersow avoiding to compile it? Because that machine was born for service purpose and weathershow should be only “son et lumière”, noting mandatory.

'fraid not - weathershow is written in a compiled language called Vala and is built using the GTK libraries for the release - 18.04/19.04/19.10 etc.
