I see that Nautilus has been updated to the version that does not support desktop icons. So, what is your current thinking regarding this – still leaning toward desktopfolder?

This is not a big issues. I was just wondering why, in the Virtualbox VM, showtime is position on the top left corner. As for the Alt+Drag, it doesn’t appear to be an option. [image]

In budgie settings - panel - showtime - is the button set to “Save Position” ? click it to save and then click it again. Hopefully you can the drag it again. Jacob will be looking at all of this to see how to tighten all of this - thanks for reporting.

OK, figured it out. There are two “Super” keys on my external keyboard, a left and right key. I was using the left super key. But, if I used the right super+control then I could drag it.

Ah, super :). Still need to find out though why it positions top left. I will find out.

Maybe, contrib and non-free have to be taken off from sources.list. The icons seems to be somewhat small at 50%, maybe that can be corrected by adding libexempi3_2.4.1-1 from here , at least that worked for me. [Screenshot%20from%202019-02-22%2008-10-06]

I am using Nemo v4. There was also a problem of contrib non-free in sources.list, always telling that it cannot be accessed, so I deleted that. Lately, I noticed not showing the day, only the month as in screenshot below, [No%20date]

The small icon issue is with our backports version? I hope you didnt install a linux mint package version since that will cause issues just like this. You have a hybrid install. We cannot support such a setup since stuff may not reflect reality. Does your date issue occur on a live session UB iso?
