I have 2 requests (or maybe I’m just at the beginning of this wonderful OS): in ubuntu there is the possibility to change the position of the dock, and also the size of the dock icons; here in budgie there isn’t. and the rotation of the desktop background images

For the dock, open plank preferences from the menu.

Open the menu (top left) - and type “preferences”
