I just downloaded the most recent version of Budgie yesterday. First time for this OS.
I have five Work Spaces loaded at the bottom of my Desk Top display.
If I get on line and either using the MINUS sign to drop back to my Desk Top, Or just select the next blank Work Space and hit Firefox ( I do not use Chrome) the Work Space takes me to the same open internet window. It does not matter which Work Space is selected, it is always the same open window.
How can I get the Work Spaces to function normally?

not quite following what you are saying - but clicking on the workspace you want, then right-clicking an icon and choosing “New Window” will open a new instance on the current workspace.
That solved the problem. Thank you for the info.
