hello,i’m trying to enable compiz on budgie 19.04 but fail to make it work.
is even possible?
basically no - compiz is a window manager.
Budgie uses “budgie-wm” as its window manager - it is very much tied to it.
So if you replace budgie-wm with compiz you’ll basically break lots of capabilities of budgie
nohup compiz --replace &

ok, so i give up. but one maybe dumb question,i can change the windows animation?
you can either turn the animation on or off via budgie-desktop-settings.
