PulseAudio error in boot log on 21.04

Clean Budgie 21.04 install on an Intel based desktop (C246 chipset Core i3-9100), motherboard has no WiFi, no Bluetooth, Realtek ALC671 audio). The following error appears at boot:

mei 16 22:10:21 Obelix dbus-daemon[1240]: [system] Failed to activate service 'org.bluez': timed out (service_start_timeout=25000ms)
mei 16 22:10:21 Obelix pulseaudio[1549]: GetManagedObjects() failed: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired,>

Is this an Ubuntu issue?
I only noticed this error because I thought it was wise to see if there are any errors at boot time.

I still have this issue… every time I boot, I get the popup asking me to report a problem.

Please report a bug with pulseaudio - looks like the ubuntu application security clamp is too efficient
