When I right-click on a folder in the left sidebar for the first time after opening a new Files window, I get a truncated menu with scrolling arrows, even though there is plenty of space to draw the whole menu. If I click out to close the menu, and then right-click on the folder again, the full menu appears.
This is a known issue upstream and has been resolved in the updated version of Nemo that will be in 20.04
