We need a 21.04 Release Banner

Hi All,

We have a really important piece of the jigsaw that is our release - we need the release banner/picture - the bit we use to promote the 21.04 Ubuntu Budgie release with.

So this is a callout to all you artistic types - can you create something original for us? Just two key ingredients - it should say “Ubuntu Budgie Simplicity & Elegance 21.04 hirsute hippo Released !” - and have our logo somewhere.

Preferably we would like the text overlayed and editable e.g. inkscape or gimp tiff etc so that we could potentially reuse the artwork in the future.

I did some walk around and for a start found this, very interesting but I have some more things in my mind to make it bit really like Budgie.
