I also have this kind of bug in regular Ubuntu 22.04 with gnome-screenshot in Xorg ( but it’s ok in Wayland. )
⋅ Hitting [ enter ] does not validate path for saving, one has to click on the icon to save. Utterly annoying.
⋅ Does not « remember » last path.
⋅ Not in my language ( English only instead of French. )
The double mouse cursor issue seems gone under 23.04, but those are still true :

For screenshot of screenshot … well ho hum. Not something that i personally would worry about.
The other issues. Please raise one issue per problem upstream
Well it’s a « specific » use-case but a real use-case though… workaround is installing another screenshot tool.
